When I started back to school a few years ago after a longer-than-planned break, I was abruptly jolted into the internet age, and soon discovered that the liberal elite of the world were using this wonderful new technology to methodically structure an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth,” which, of course, had very little to do with the “Truth.”
As a Christian conservative and patriotic American, I was shocked to discover that the foundational principles upon which our country was built, and on which I was raised had been buried under pages and pages of political correctness propoganda. So I set about discovering what it would take to change that, and give the politically-conservative viewpoint a voice online.
There were some great conservative websites out there, but they were not keeping pace with technology, or adapting to the needs of the internet generation. Conservative individualism was losing to the liberal group-think. I had a lot of help along the way…for more on that, see my page at Ft. Hard Knox.
Now, I’m hoping to use what I’ve learned closer to home, through the Green Country Values, and Green Country Roads project. The goal of this project is to promote online the down-home values of the people and businesses of Oklahoma, and especially the little Northeastern corner of Oklahoma, known as “Green Country.”
