“Founder of OutragedPatriots.com, D. W. Howard speaks to the Tulsa City Council Members. He claims the policy introduced by Mayor Kathy Taylor allowing Tulsa Police to check the immigration status ONLY of those arrested FOR A FELONY is a ‘Sanctuary City’ tactic. He states that immigration status checks should be run on ANYONE arrested and booked into jail, all Misdemeanors AND Felonies. The City Councilors agreed and passed such a resolution with a 6-3 vote.
